Tom's Living disclaim all and any liability and responsibility to any person, in respect to the content of this website. We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained on this web site is accurate. Any decision made by any viewer based on information referenced from this website is totally the responsibility of the viewer.   All prices on our website are based on standard fabric. The final cost of your order will be subject to any variations that may arise due to;
  • Pricing errors published incorrectly by us throughout our website products pages. If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will cancel your order if no agreement is reached and credit you for any charges. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorisation for the additional charges or assist you with return of the product. If the pricing error results in an overcharge to you, Tom's Living will credit you for the amount overcharged
  • Freight charges that is not charged when "Other" delivery method is selected due to complexity as explained throughout buying process (delivery) page and under Delivery / Methods / Policy section below
  • And/or change requests made by you such as customisation to the product
  A 50% in advance payment is required in order to process your order. We offer 2 payment options via our website;
  1. PayPal - (secure payment gateway)
  2. Direct Deposit (EFT) - Electronic Fund Transfer
The remaining 50% balance payment must be settled into Tom’s Living bank account prior to releasing the goods to you. The balance can be paid in cash only if wished or via (EFT) Electronic Fund Transfer from your bank account to ours. Unfortunately, no bank cheques, money order or business cheques are accepted.
   Delivery / Methods / Policy  
  We have classified our shopping cart with 3 delivery methods being;
  1. Sydney Metropolitan Area
  2. Other
  3. Pick Ups
Sydney Metro delivery covers most areas within 50KM from Sydney. Other delivery includes all areas nation wide that are not classified as Sydney Metro. As we are explaining in our shopping web pages, we iterate that due to a wide range of options we have excluded the cost of freight for the "Other" method. You will be contacted by us once your order is received and upon confirmation/agreement on best possible delivery cost we will process your order for production. Pick Ups is of course to pick up from our manufacturing facilities by you or your representative. We will advise you with the address and time of pick up once your order is completed and ready.


  • Our deliveries do not include unpacking and/or assembling your goods
  • Additional delivery cost will apply if access difficulties are encountered for example delivering to higher level floor of a building with no proper lift, narrow corridors, secure sites and unattended private residences
  • Orders must be delivered or picked up within a reasonable time (normally maximum 2 weeks) from completion date. A fee may apply as per Tom's Living discretion for unreasonable delays
  • Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the availability of the product. Orders are normally ready within 4-6 weeks. If delivery is expected to take longer, we will inform you about such delay
  • All care is given, but Tom's Living takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods as insurance is the customer's responsibility
   Refund / Cancellation Policy  
  Faulty Returns: received faulty goods will be repaired and/or replaced at Tom's Living expense. Our procedure for faulty goods is as follows;
  • Contact Tom's Living to inform us that you have received a faulty product
  • You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving faulty goods
  • You must not further damage the already damaged goods
  • We will issue you with a return reference number
  • Send the item back to us for inspection within 14 days of purchase
  • After inspection if we find the product to be faulty, we will send you a replacement and refund you the delivery cost for returning the goods
  • Should the product not be faulty we will seek payment from you to have the product returned
Non-Faulty Returns: wrong choice by you or our mistake
  • All our products are sold on non-return basis unless we deliver wrong goods
  • If goods are different than ordered exchange will be provided
  • Goods to be returned must be in pristine condition and has not been used
Our Cancellation terms are as follows;
  • Before order production has started, you must pay a 5% surcharge
  • After order production has started, material purchased, you must pay the material cost and/or lose your 50% deposit, depending at what stage of the production you cancel the order
  • After order completion, you must surrender your deposit
   Product Warranty  
  All products sold by Tom's Living are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. There is a 10 year guarantee on frame and foam and lifetime guarantee on Dunlop Enduro foam. Warranty will be voided by:
  • Inappropriate usage
  • Inappropriate cleaning materials
